Step 1
Bring the water and sugar to a boil until fully dissolved. Remove from heat, add the orange blossom water and let cool.
Step 2
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Layer the filo sheets, brushing each one with melted butter. Spread the pistachios in the center, then cover with the remaining filo sheets, brushing each layer with butter.
Cut into round shapes using a cutter. Place on a baking tray and bake for 15 to 20 minutes until golden.
Remove from the oven and immediately pour the cold syrup over the hot baklava. Let it absorb and cool completely.
Step 3
Rinse the rice under cold water. Bring the milk to a boil, then add the rice. Cook over low heat for about 25 minutes, stirring regularly. Add the sugar and orange zest. Mix and let cool.
Step 4
Place one round baklava on the plate. Add a portion of rice pudding on the side. Spoon Orange Blossom Flavor Pearls over the rice pudding. Add a few chopped pistachios. Serve at room temperature.
