LIST OF INGREDIENTS

400 g fresh cheese (fromage blanc or quark)

250 g fresh strawberries

2 tablespoons honey

Honey flavor pearls

Fresh mint leaves

Step 1

To prepare the fruit

Wash, hull and slice the strawberries, reserving a few pieces for garnish. Chill until ready to use.

Stir the fromage blanc until smooth. Add honey if desired and mix well.

Step 2

Presentation

Layer the fromage blanc and strawberries in serving glasses, finishing with a few strawberry pieces on top.

Add the Honey Flavor Pearls, garnish with mint leaves and serve well chilled.
