LIST OF INGREDIENTS
5 cl bourbon (or rye whiskey)
1 cl cane sugar syrup
2 dashes Angostura bitters
Ice cubes
1 orange zest
Fig Flavor Pearls
Step 1
To prepare the cocktail
Pour the bourbon, cane sugar syrup and bitters into a mixing glass. Add ice and stir for about 20 seconds to chill and slightly dilute the drink.
Step 2
Serve
Place fresh ice in an Old Fashioned glass and strain the cocktail over it. Add a spoonful of Fig Flavor Pearls.
Express the orange zest over the drink and use it as garnish.
