Deviled Egg Filling

Step 1
Place the eggs in a saucepan of cold water. Bring to a boil, then cook for 10 minutes.
Cool immediately under cold running water and peel. Cut the eggs in half lengthwise.
Step 2
Remove the yolks and mash them finely with the mayonnaise, mustard and neutral oil until smooth and creamy. Season lightly with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
Step 3
Using a piping bag, fill the egg whites with a generous, well-shaped dome of filling.
Step 4
Top each egg with Extra virgin olive oil Flavor Pearls, sprinkle with black sesame seeds and finish with a small sprig of fresh dill for freshness.
