LIST OF INGREDIENTS
1 ripe mango
1/2 fresh pineapple
1 lime
1 tbsp agave syrup
A few fresh mint leaves
Ginger Flavor Pearls
Step 1
Fruit preparation
Peel the mango and cut it into even cubes. Peel the pineapple, remove the core, then slice it thinly before cutting into pieces. Place the fruit in a bowl. Add the lime juice and finely grated zest. Add the agave syrup and mix gently.
Step 2
Plating
Divide the fruit into bowls. Add a few fresh mint leaves. Place a spoonful of Ginger Flavor Pearls on top. Serve chilled.
