Yuzu & Timut pepper Spheres

We've come up with a new culinary experience: 20 mm spheres with a luscious, intense yuzu liquid centre... a delicious surprise delivered by an exceptional product that looks as good as it tastes! 

Packaging: 

• Ambient: 220 g (glass jar)
• Other weights available on request

• Yuzu juice
• Water
• Xanthan gum, a blend that gives the product a creamy texture
• Calcium chloride and sodium alginate, a mixture that creates the thin natural skin
• Timut pepper

Yuzu and Timut pepper Spheres can be used from aperitif to dessert, in all your hot or cold dishes. You can use the remaining juice to make a gel, coulis or sauce. They go perfectly with white fish, red fruit, scallops, green tea…

For a true gourmet experience:

• Put the whole sphere in your mouth to release all its subtle, luscious notes. Then enjoy your dish.
• Pierce the sphere and mix the juice with your ingredients.

Before opening, store at room temperature. After opening, store the glass jar at between 2°C and 6°C and use within 5 days.
