Extra virgin olive Oil Pearls with basil

The product

Picture a small culinary gem, a pearl formed from a thin vegetable skin containing delicious arbequina olive oil and basil. The oil is released on the palate, in perfect harmony with the dishes it is served with.

• Arbequina extra virgin olive oil
• Water
• Natural basil flavoring
• Calcium chloride and sodium alginate, a mixture that creates the thin natural skin
• Potassium sorbate, an ingredient ensuring that the product keeps well

Oil Pearls can be used from aperitif to dessert, on all your hot or cold dishes.

Place a teaspoon or so on your fish, meat or vegetables... for a delicious burst of flavor!

Before opening, store at room temperature. After opening, store the glass jar at between 2°C and 6°C and use within 5 days.
