Vinegar & shallot Flavor Pearls

Picture a small culinary gem, a pearl formed from a thin vegetable skin containing a delicious balsamic vinegar and shallot flavor. On the palate the pearl reveals its liquid core, completing and complementing the dish in a moment of perfect harmony.

• Grape vinegar (sulphites)
• Water
• Natural shallot flavoring
• Cellulose gum, calcium chloride and sodium alginate, a mixture used to create the thin natural skin
• Dehydrated shallot

Balsamic vinegar & shallot Flavor Pearls can be used from aperitif to dessert, on all your hot or cold dishes.

Place a teaspoon or so on your oysters... for a delicious burst of flavor!

Storage of pearls in glass jars :
Before opening, store at room temperature. After opening, store between 2°C and 6°C and use within 5 days.

Storage of fresh pearls:
Before opening, store between 2°C and 6°C. After opening, keep the bucket between 2°C and 6°C and consume within 5 days.
