LIST OF INGREDIENTS

Base

8 slices crustless white sandwich bread
200 g ripe brie
1 apple
A drizzle of lemon juice

Presentation

Extra virgin olive oil pearls with summer truffle
Ground black pepper
Radish microgreens

Step 1

Preparation

Slice the Brie into thin, even pieces. Wash the apple and cut it into thin slices. Immediately drizzle with a little lemon juice.

Step 2

Assemble the sandwiches

Spread an even layer of Brie over the bread slices. Arrange the apple slices evenly on top. Close the sandwiches and press gently to seal.

Step 3

Presentation

Arrange the sandwiches on a serving plate. Add a few Extra virgin olive oil & summer truffle flavor pearls on top, a twist of freshly ground black pepper, and finish with a few microgreens.

Serve immediately to preserve the softness of the bread.
