LIST OF INGREDIENTS

Filling

200 g shrimp
100 g rice vermicelli
1 carrot
½ cucumber
¼ red cabbage
Lettuce leaves
Fresh mint leaves
Fresh coriander leaves

Assembly

8 rice paper wrappers
Lukewarm water

To finish

Edible flowers
1 lemon
Soy flavor pearls

Step 1

To prepare the filling

Cook the rice vermicelli according to the package instructions. Drain and let cool.

Cut the carrot and cucumber into thin sticks. Finely shred the red cabbage.

Wash and dry the lettuce and herbs. Slice the shrimp in half lengthwise.

Step 2

To assemble the rolls

Dip a rice paper wrapper into lukewarm water for a few seconds until soft. Lay it flat on a damp cloth.

Place a lettuce leaf in the center, add vermicelli, vegetables, herbs and 2–3 shrimp halves.

Fold in the sides and roll tightly.

Repeat with the remaining wrappers.

Step 3

Finish

Add the Soy Flavor Pearls on top of each roll. Garnish with mint leaves and edible flowers.

Serve with lime wedges.
