Red Tuna & Avocado Tacos

LIST OF INGREDIENTS

8 small wheat or corn tortillas
300 g fresh tuna
2 avocados
Romaine lettuce leaves
1 red bell pepper
1 yellow bell pepper
1 lime
Extra virgin olive oil
Salt

To finish

Ponzu Flavor Pearls
Fresh coriander leaves

Step 1

To prepare the filling

Dice the tuna and season with olive oil, lime juice and salt.

Add diced avocado and bell peppers and mix gently.

Finely slice the romaine lettuce.


Step 2

To assemble the tacos

Warm the tortillas in a dry pan for 20–30 seconds on each side.

Add a layer of romaine lettuce and spoon the tuna mixture on top.

Step 3

Finish

Add the Ponzu Flavor Pearls, sprinkle with fresh coriander and serve with lime wedges.
