Brown balsamic vinegar cream Spheres

We've come up with a new culinary experience: 20 mm spheres with a luscious, intense brown balsamic cream liquid centre. A delicious surprise delivered by an exceptional product that looks as good as it tastes! 

Packaging: 

• Ambient: 250 g (glass jar)
• Other weights available on request

• Balsamic vinegar cream
• Water
• Xanthan gum, an ingredient that gives the product a creamy texture
• Calcium chloride and sodium alginate, a mixture that creates the thin natural skin

Brown balsamic vinegar cream Spheres can be used from aperitif to dessert, on all your hot or cold dishes. You can use the remaining juice to make a gel, coulis or sauce. They go perfectly with cheese, summer fruit, chicken, seaweed…

For a true gourmet experience:

• Put the whole sphere in your mouth to release all its subtle, luscious notes. Then enjoy your dish.
• Pierce the sphere and mix the juice with your ingredients.

Before opening, store at room temperature. After opening, store the glass jar at between 2°C and 6°C and use within 5 days.
